Shipping policy

Many of our items are made to order...just for you! This means they can take a little longer to prepare. This is stated in the product description including an estimated wait time. We aim to keep this as short as possible (usually up to 28 days), however during busy periods this can be slightly longer. Should this be the case, we will let you know immediately.

Once your piece(s) are ready...

• All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Service. This should be with you within 3-5 working days (excluding bank holidays). Should you order after 3pm on a Friday, your order will be despatched on the following Monday.
• Too excited to wait for your order? We can also send using Royal Mail Special Delivery (Mon-Thurs before 3pm).
